What a great house and great location. It is very spacious and comes with, stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher, also washer and dryer, AC and water softener. It is open concept with large space for dining area and living room. The downstairs has tile and hardwood flooring and upstairs carpet to be cozy. There are 2 ½ bathrooms one of which is in the master bedroom with double sink and glass shower along with a walk-in closet. The basement is a very large unfinished area for you to use your imagination or lots of storage. The garage is a larger than usual single for ease of getting in and out and the great thing is; the garbage bins are stored outside so they aren’t in the way. There is also parking on the street out front. You don’t have to cut the grass either.
