This house is in a great location and neighborhood and has been done up like new, with new floors, paint etc. It comes with fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, water softener and AC. The kitchen, dining and living room area are open concept with a great view of the fenced backyard and treed area behind. The bedrooms are all a good size. The finished basement is large with a good sized window and patio door to a patio in the backyard and there is a gas fireplace to make it cozy for very cold days like we are having. The new carpet wasn’t installed on the stairs at the time the pictures were taken. Still a few odds and ends to do to make it homey.
